A taste of the ice so far

I've been terrible at updating the blog here lately.  I have been hitting the ice pretty hard this season and thought I'd share some pics.  I've visited the Grand Mesa quite a bit, been up to Blue Mesa a few times, hit Crawford once, and caught some fish in my home state of Utah.  Here is a cluster of pics from the past few weeks.

Keep checking in, I have a sweet river report coming soon :)

Keep in touch.  Life is short, live it well.

  1. Trout bass and crappie! That's sweet! I didnt know you could catch slabs and buckets through the ice, that's nuts!! And that picture of the ram is amazing!! Thanks for sharing, dude!!

  2. Jeremy I think you'll agree that there is nothing more beautiful than a trout pulled from ice cold water. The colors are spectacular!

  3. Excellent camera work with those beautiful fish of the ice season. Man, what I would give to be able to fish for a Tiger Trout. Been saying that for awhile. Might need to just change that up some. That is a load of Crappie, too! Good eating.
